It is very common in the western countries. So what is mystery shopping?
the customer is paid to shop, dine or use any service or brand. The shopper is then sent in to evaluate the store or the service for its ambience, sales, facilities and any other additional features. The mystery shopper will ahve to fill in the form tahst handed over to him/her which is then handed over by the company to the client.
This job for those who love to shop and is very keen.
The job pays rather well.
