Travel Quirk is a new bi-weekly publication beginning in March 2007. We are looking for freelancers that can provide us with original articles regarding wacky, fun, and TRUE travel experiences. This will be on an ongoing basis, as this publication will constantly be needing articles to fill the newsletter every two weeks.
The pay is $10-$20 per article on acceptance through Paypal, and must be between 700-1,500 words. There is only one full-time editor on staff at the moment, so please edit your own work as much as possible. If you are a travel writer by trade wanting to get in on the ground level of a new publication as an editor or contributing (regular) writer, you are more than welcomed to contact us.
When sending stories, please attach it to the email as a text or Word file only. Include basic information such as your name and email address in the email. Everyone will get a reply, regardless of acceptance or not.
